Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS)

How do I login and downoad my exam product?
You will receive an email with your download instructions and login information that includes your username/password information within 10~30 minutes after successful purchase. You can then login to your member area and download your exam.

What if I do not receive login information email?
If you do not receive your login information email within 6 hours after purchase, you should check your spam/junk mail boxes. If still you do not find the email, you should contact Live Support or email support@ipass4sure.com

Alternatively, you can click http://www.ipass4sure.com/signin.asp enter your Email Address as Username and Order Reference Number as password.

How will I access Questions & Answers Product?
iPass4sure Question & Answer products are formulated in form of PDF/ZIP. This can be downloaded from member area, and used on your local PC/Mobile/iPAD. You can use Acrobat Reader or any other PDF software supported by your device to read the document.

How long is my product Valid?
Account is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. You will be able to download updated QAs during this period. All the updates overwrite your exam and you will be able to download your updated exam in the same way you do.

Can I try the Demo before purchasing your tests?
Yes, we have Demos available for all exams.

Are your updates free?
Yes, Updates are provided free of cost for 3 months from date of original product purchase. The exam update will be automatically copied in your member area replaceing the previous version of exam. You need not to contact anyone for updates.

How often are your products updated?
Our products are reviewed and updated on a continuous basis. The certification vendors often change the skills being tested in the exams, so we frequently change our study materials to accurately reflect the updated Exams.

 

Purchasing a Product

How do I purchase the products?
All you need to do is choose the product, add to cart and checkout. You will be routed to our secured payment processor, that will ask necessary payment information and completes the payment process.

How long will it take for the products to be delivered to me?
It takes 10~30 minutes for our system to complete all the tasks and sending you email containing user/password information. You can Access the Products right after 10~30 minutes.

I am not sure if my payment was successful or not?
You will receive a confirmation E-mail from credit card company, if your payment will be successful.

The system does not accept my credit card. What should I do?

  • Please fill in all fields in the "credit card payment" form
  • Double check, or re-enter your credit card and billing information.

I don't have a Credit Card is there any other way I can pay for my Purchase?

Don't Worry there are several ways to pay for our products. Options are available for PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer and by Check also. Just add your exam in cart and checkout, you will see all payment methods provided by our secure payment processor.

Is my Credit Card Information Secure at your site?
Absolutely. In fact we cant not see your personal information regarding payment. The information goes directly through payment processor. The processor checks the information provided, verifies the card, and then redirects you back to our website with an approval or decline.

Do you share your customer information database with any third parties?
We respect your right to privacy and therefore we will never share any information with third-parties. Strict confidentiality has been maintained. We only have your email address and password maintained. Email addresses are strictly protected.

Do I receive a receipt?
Yes, you receive an order confirmation e-mail for every purchase. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt.

How do I download purchased Product?
Here is the procedure to download your product:

  • Log in using the Username and Password.
  • You will be able to see your purchased products in member area where download option is available .

How long does it take for you to respond to my emails?
Our Professional Support Team is always working with enthusiasm for Customer Satisfaction. So most emails are answered within 24 hours.

I and my friend want to purchase exam, can we use one license?
No, It is single user license. You have to purchase individual license to download products.

We need account for our company, is there any volume licensing scheme available?
Yes. For corporates, we offer volume license. You will be provided multiple accounts or you can have single account with multiple user activation. Your IP flexibility will be activated so that multiple members can login at a time.
